Tasha Polizzi Introduces Rainwear Collection

Outerwear and Sportswear designer, TASHA POLIZZI, announces the launch of her new Spring 2009 Rainwear collection, debuting at WWD MAGIC, Las Vegas, in August. The Rainwear Collection targeted at better department and specialty stores, will be marketeted by DUMONDE TRADING, a New York based outerwear manufacturer, recently licensed to produce and distribute this new line.

We are very excited about this new collection and our partnership with DUMONDE. “This sophisticated collection of twelve to fifteen coats, made from better European and American fabrics, depicts the theme of the Urban Safari,” Tasha said. The look is fresh, innovative and exciting with Tasha’s unique flair. Prices will range from $110.00 to $225.00 at wholesale.

Tasha Polizzi has been designing and manufacturing Women’s and Men’s apparel and Home collections under her own label since 1995. In addition, she has created an extensive leather collection including outerwear, apparel, handbags, pillows and throws. Before starting her own business, Tasha was head of Women’s design for Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein Sport.

TASHA POLIZZI is sold in better specialty and department stores in the US, Canada and Japan. The company is based in Great Barrington, Massachusetts and has showrooms in New York, Dallas and Denver.
